1) In response to recommendations from City Council, CPS Energy created the Customer Response Unit (CRU). CPS Energy's CRU includes specialized community field service representatives dedicated to working directly with customers face-to-face on complex issues and safety.
2) CPS Energy wanted to showcase their low-emissions electric vehicles. Low-emissions vehicles means cleaner air for the animal kingdom.
3) With a new CEO who believed in renewable energy as the future, CPS Energy was creating it’s own future by investing in new energy technologies. A green palette was used to communicate the theme.
